QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Integrated Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage 360° marketing campaigns across digital (social media, e-commerce, websites), retail (in-store, POS), and branding channels.
  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and local retail promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign alignment across channels.
  • Prepare and organize campaign materials for deployment.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Manage content calendars and digital promotions, including SEO, SEM, and social media engagement.
  • Track campaign metrics and conversion rates; apply data-driven adjustments.
  • Tag products, optimize e-commerce content, and drive traffic to online sales platforms.
  • Assist with basic content uploads, social media post scheduling, and basic copy editing tasks.
  • Develop familiarity with digital platforms and tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite.

3. Retail Activation & Support

  • Roll out in-store marketing campaigns and coordinate with operations and sales for local initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals at retail touchpoints.
  • Create and manage POS materials and support event-based promotions or partnerships.
  • Support event logistics and liaise with vendors for delivery of collaterals and support materials.

4. Brand Strategy & Creative Development

  • Support the articulation and implementation of brand identity, messaging, and tone across campaigns.
  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate with design teams to produce brand-aligned assets.
  • Monitor competitor branding and campaign strategies for market relevance.

5. Administrative and Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle documentation, digital filing, and track timelines of projects.
  • Compile progress updates and consolidate marketing metrics for reporting.
  • Moderate comments and coordinate basic engagement tasks; manage photo/video assets.

6. Continuous Learning & Process Improvement

  • Conduct regular market and competitor research to inform marketing direction.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, consumer behavior, and retail strategies.
  • Actively learn and integrate new marketing tools, platforms, and processes to boost operational efficiency.
  • Participate in internal training and brainstorming sessions to enhance marketing effectiveness.

7. Task Efficiency and Timeliness

  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Proactively identify areas where support is needed and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Provide general support to the marketing team to ensure smooth operations and effective task completion.
