Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing organic and paid social media campaigns to generate leads, drive sales, and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is results-driven, with a strong focus on performance marketing, lead generation, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Create monthly content plans (posts, reels, short-form videos)
  • Write captions, hooks, CTAs (English / Taglish)
  • Create basic content using CapCut/Canva (AI, basic mobile videos, basic editing of supplier and sales provided content)
  • Publish and schedule content across FB, IG, TikTok
  • Stay updated on trends, formats, and platform best practices

Paid Advertising

  • Set up and manage Meta Ads (FB/IG) and TikTok Ads
  • Handle audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Monitor daily ad performance and budget pacing
  • Test creatives, copies, and audiences to improve CPL / CPA / ROAs

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year in social media marketing or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with experience reading ad metrics
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented

Preferred

  • Experience in automotive, logistics, B2B, or e-commerce
  • Knowledge of lead qualification funnels

  • Familiarity with tools like:
