JOB RESPONSILBILITIES:

Brand and Visual Identity Design

· Responsible for all visual design in the company's cooperation scenarios with catering merchants, including but not limited to promotional posters, activity materials, merchant display signs, menu stickers, payment QR code display stands, etc.

· Participate in the construction of unified brand perception standards to ensure that all external visuals align with the company's brand tone.

· Output customized brand material solutions based on different merchant types (such as coffee shops, fast food restaurants, high-end restaurants).

2. Marketing Activity Support

· Design corresponding visual key visuals (KV), social media creatives, and advertising images based on marketing activity plans (such as store opening promotions, QR code payment cashback, and holiday sales).

· Collaborate with the business promotion team to design display stands, roller banners, backdrops, etc. required for offline ground marketing.

· Output the Bill of Material for activity design and production specifications, and assist in coordinating with outsourced printing or production suppliers.

· On-site event planning

3. Digital Content Design

· Design visual content for the online promotion channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, official website, etc.) of the catering department.

· Produce visual elements for short videos (such as opening credits, subtitle bars, and cover design).

· Participated in the page design of online activities (such as activity banners in Mini Programs or Apps).

4. XFN Collaboration

· Collaborate closely with the business development, product, and technology teams to ensure that design outputs align with business objectives.

· Supports the sales team in creating visual content such as client proposals, cooperation plans, and activity report PPTs.

· Regularly collect feedback from merchants and users and optimize the style of visual creatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Associate degree or above in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related fields.

· More than 2 years of experience in Graphic or Visual Identity design. With experience in the payment, fintech, or catering industries is an advantage

· Proficient in using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. (Portfolio is preferred)

· Have basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.).

· Has good aesthetic ability and understands the local Philippine catering culture and visual preferences.

· Has certain project coordination and execution capabilities and can handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.

· Fluency in English.
