Are you a born motivator with a knack for turning goals into wins? We're on the lookout for a Senior Team Leader to take charge of our high-performing Inbound Sales Team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success — guiding Sales Representatives, sharpening their skills, and ensuring every call turns into a closed deal.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Lead, inspire, and empower a team of Sales Representatives to exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor daily performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback huddles, and performance reviews to develop your team.
  • Analyze sales data and call trends to craft strategies that boost results.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Training teams to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Handle escalations and guide your team through complex or high-value sales calls.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promos, and best-selling techniques.
  • Track and report team performance to management, highlighting wins and next steps for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in BPO industry (preferably sales campaign)
  • Proven success in driving sales performance and achieving team targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and create action plans.

  • Adaptable, results-driven, and confident in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules depending on business needs.
