Are you a born motivator with a knack for turning goals into wins? We're on the lookout for a Senior Team Leader to take charge of our high-performing Inbound Sales Team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success — guiding Sales Representatives, sharpening their skills, and ensuring every call turns into a closed deal.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Lead, inspire, and empower a team of Sales Representatives to exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback huddles, and performance reviews to develop your team.
- Analyze sales data and call trends to craft strategies that boost results.
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Training teams to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Handle escalations and guide your team through complex or high-value sales calls.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promos, and best-selling techniques.
- Track and report team performance to management, highlighting wins and next steps for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in BPO industry (preferably sales campaign)
- Proven success in driving sales performance and achieving team targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and create action plans.
Adaptable, results-driven, and confident in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Willing to work on shifting schedules depending on business needs.
