Job Description

As a Human Resources Associate, you'll be at the heart of our people operations-supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and benefits. This role blends administrative precision with people-centered service, helping drive HR excellence and compliance in a meaningful industry.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3-5 years similar work experience in offshore end to end recruitment
  • Available to start within 2 weeks
  • Great attitude and customer service skills
  • Great team player
  • Honest and full of integrity
  • Quick learner
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and people skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Recruitment: Assist with recruiting and interviewing potential new hires, review applications, and manage the hiring process.
  • Onboarding: Support new employee onboarding by providing information about benefits, payroll, and company policies.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain employee records, process paperwork, and manage HR databases.
  • Training and Development: Assist with employee training programs and support development initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analyze data related to HR metrics.
