As a Junior Human Resources Associate, we expect you to do:

Employee Engagement and Culture Development:
- Develop and implement HR programs to enhance HR initiatives and company culture.
- Organize and facilitate focus group discussions, micro-activities and company-wide events to foster a positive work environment.
- Analyze trends and metrics related to employee engagement and recommend initiatives to enhance retention and productivity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to organize engaging events and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement to continuously improve HR programs and initiatives.

Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure compliance with all government relations, ensuring timely application and renewal of permits (business, employment, etc.).
- Serve as point of contact for government agencies and ensure resolution of compliance-related issues.
- Ensure a safe, organized and productive work environment by supporting the planning and executing of workplace improvements including facility upgrades, office supplies procurement, vendor coordination and other administrative processes.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure proper integration into company culture.
- Support the recruitment team during the mega-campaigns of the Company.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Take on other duties as assigned that contribute to the overall HR function.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
