We have an immediate opening for an entry-level US Recruiter specializing in direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire placements with its clients.

The primary objective of the Recruiter is to develop an exceptional database of candidates that can be placed with our clients and work closely with current recruiters and senior recruiters to assist in the hiring of workers for our clients.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, identify, select, and screen (by phone) potential candidates for specific client job orders in the financial services sector.
  • Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates via high volume phone calls and e-mail correspondence on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings with candidates.
  • Cultivate and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Recommending qualified candidates to peers and supervisors for open requisitions.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and job market conditions to provide valuable insight to recruitment team.
  • Promote company's value propositions, culture, and open positions among promising future candidates to build a strong employer brand.
  • Interact with peers and management while maintaining a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing position - US.
  • Prior experience in recruitment (corporate or agency) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient technical skills in MS Office and conventional databases.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ethical competitiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup in 1Nito Tower (at least once a week -- depending on business needs)
