We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all inventory management processes. You'll take the lead in conducting audits, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements to maintain optimal inventory levels and integrity across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and conduct accurate physical counts and spot checks of inventory
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and safekeeping of all inventory items
  • Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date inventory audit manuals and process documentation
  • Generate periodic inventory and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve variances and improve audit processes
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements in inventory control systems and practices

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or inventory-related roles (manufacturing experience is a plus)
  • Strong background in inventory control, audit, and analysis
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM Module) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail, high integrity, and ability to work independently
  • Certification or training in inventory management is an advantage
