About the role

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team at QQ English in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent to support the growth and expansion of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively search for and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to determine the best-fit candidates for open positions
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support the company's ongoing hiring needs
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of open positions and the sourcing process
  • Continuously explore new and innovative sourcing techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 of experience in a Sourcing Specialist or Recruitment Coordinator role
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing and recruitment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to the overall success of the recruitment process
