Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Pi Energy Full time ₱600,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

The Commercial Business Development Officer is responsible for growing Pi Energy's reach into the different markets, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes developing ecosystem models to optimize cost, sourcing for potential customers and driving customer acquisition, contract management, closing and after-sales customer management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and business growth plan for assigned product/arsenal
  • Handle end-to-end customer pipeline
  • Perform contract acquisition functions, which include but are not limited to pricing/commercial strategy, preparation of contract, and contract negotiation
  • Ensure project proposals provide the best technical solution at the right financial offer
  • Perform contract management functions and ensure contract compliance.
  • Participate actively in the company's branding initiatives and activities such as exhibits and sponsorships.
  • Gather and manage data for market analysis through the use of basic data analysis methodologies.
  • Make routine reports on market and customer analysis using word processing and spreadsheet capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Proficient in Business Development and Portfolio Management, preferably with Sales knowledge
  • Proficient in Customer / Stakeholder Management
  • Knowledgeable in Financial Modelling and Investment Case Analysis
  • Excellent Customer Relationship skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Good problem solving and analysis skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office; knowledge in Salesforce

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of a business-related or engineering course, preferably Management, Marketing, Economics, or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Business Development, or Sales
  • Experience in the energy industry is preferred
  • Experienced in working with a variety of stakeholders
