Job Summary:

Manage the company's online presence and its communications by ensuring consistent branding: developing and implementing content strategies on social media platforms; analysing engagements data; planning and overseeing digital campaigns; as well as facilitating customer service and identifying trends in customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement a variety of innovative, creative, and strategic on-brand content across social media platforms and monitor its effectiveness.
  • Oversee the execution and maintenance of the rolling calendar for all social media pages.
  • Ensure brand consistency in imagery, copy and tone of voice during one-on-one interactions with the audience.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with statistics on content reach, engagements and audience size.
  • Measure social media campaign KPI. Must keep a pulse on and report on- important developments, and reports on significant findings along with campaign results after end of campaigns.
  • Come up with an innovative and creative strategy to engage followers and draw in new visitors based on day-to-day interactions and experiences with current available social media accounts. Ensure to quickly adapt and effectively implement those strategies in response to customer feedback.
  • Supervise, record and prepare reports on all inquiries, concerns and feedback received from all social media pages/platforms are reviewed before posting.
  • Study relevant metrics and trends in social media, research popular social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine the omnichannel marketing opportunities.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate with a degree in Mass communication, Advertising, digital marketing, public relation or any similar field.
  • must at least 2 years' experience with the same field
  • Having supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in photography, photo and video editing.
  • Someone who has good leadership skills, organizational, detail oriented, creative, and highly motivated.
  • Willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
