Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Operations Specialist to manage our online presence and strengthen relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, skilled at community engagement, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate official social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and publish community posts and campaigns to maintain an active and positive community atmosphere.
  • Manage and grow private member groups (e.g. WeChat, WhatsApp, or other private channels), ensuring timely communication and content updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and customers through consistent interaction and support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, both online and offline, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor community feedback and social media trends to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, community operations, or customer relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
  • Familiar with major social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset.
