As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key support role in managing day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on document handling, communication, and compliance-related tasks. You will be responsible for managing emails, organizing client documents, coordinating ATO-related activities, and ensuring timely lodgment of PAYG and tax documents. The role also includes preparing reports, managing calendars, handling calls, and maintaining accurate filing systems.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Handling and managing email account
  • Checking and arranging client's various documents and all other business correspondences
  • Actioning ATO related tasks
  • Collating and checking of letters and correspondences from ATO portal
  • Drafting, sending and follow-up of misc emails
  • Filing of relevant documents
  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Preparing management and compliance reports on a timely basis
  • Maintaining a calendar of activities and tasks list for the team
  • Checking and lodgement of PAYG Installment
  • Collation, lodgment and filing of Tax Documents
  • Responsible in handling sensitive client information
