Qualifications:

- At least 1 year experience

  • with experience working in personal care or any related FMCG

  • with experience in handling modern trade accounts

  • Graduate of BS Marketing, Administration, Entrepreneur or any related course

  • in charge for the brand and category trade plans, promotional guidelines and trade budget from conception, program cascade to sales force and deliberation

  • Assisting and coordinating with sales team in the proper planning, organizing, and executing of marketing strategies

  • Assisting the sales team in implementing Sales strategies

  • Amenable to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila

Responsibilities:

- Manages the activities in all Modern Trade/Key Accounts handled to achieve set Volume, Collection and Trade Marketing objectives.

  • Achievement of set Sales Volume objectives (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).

  • Achievement of set sales volume targets by Account, by Brand, by SKU (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).

  • Delivers Letters /Statement of Account/Confirmation of Account to clients.

  • Plans and implements specific volume, distribution, & Trade

  • Marketing sell-out programs in all accounts handled.

  • Conduct Business Reviews with all Key Outlets handled to assess past performance and develop specific action plans and strategies for identified trade problems and opportunity areas to achieve business development objectives.

  • Personally, maintains close and strong business relationships with Top Accounts' Key Personnel/ buyer

  • Coordinates closely with his/her immediate superior for approvals, accomplishments, work progress, suggestions and recommendations, etc.

  • Coordinates closely with other departments: Finance / Production / Warehouse / Human Resources, regarding accounts receivable concerns, stock availability, delivery schedules and special shipping instructions, manpower requirements and labor related issues respectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
