Financial Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation of annual, monthly, and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Provide variance analysis on all financial reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and report to the Board of Directors.
• Maintain financial dashboards, financial models, and a database for accurate reporting.
• Perform cost and profitability analysis across different products, departments, and plants.
• Assist in evaluating investment or project proposals and capital expenditures.
• Works closely with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals.
• Support senior management with financial insights for decision-making.
• Collate and assist in conducting industry analysis and benchmarking.
• Assist in developing process improvement and automation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial modelling.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
