DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and Manage

  • Oversee work distribution within the team to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Monitor actual output versus planned outcomes to maintain performance standards.
  • Promote a positive work environment and sustain high morale among team members.
  • Conduct training sessions and promote knowledge sharing within the group.

2. Complete Parked Invoices

  • Review parked invoices to verify accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Edit and correct invoice details as necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion and posting of parked invoices.

3. Process and Manage Financial Transactions

  • Handle various accounting transactions such as:
  • Reversal of journal entries
  • Clearing of account entries
  • Processing requests for payment
  • Running and posting depreciation
  • Settlement of work orders
  • Petty cash fund processing
  • Conducting physical inventory counts
  • Maintaining master data records

4. Prepare Reports

  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports as required by management or regulatory bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or related field
  • Experience in managing Accounting Operation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
  • CPA certification is an advantage
