DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead and Manage
- Oversee work distribution within the team to ensure efficient task completion.
- Monitor actual output versus planned outcomes to maintain performance standards.
- Promote a positive work environment and sustain high morale among team members.
- Conduct training sessions and promote knowledge sharing within the group.
2. Complete Parked Invoices
- Review parked invoices to verify accuracy and completeness of information.
- Edit and correct invoice details as necessary.
- Ensure timely completion and posting of parked invoices.
3. Process and Manage Financial Transactions
- Handle various accounting transactions such as:
- Reversal of journal entries
- Clearing of account entries
- Processing requests for payment
- Running and posting depreciation
- Settlement of work orders
- Petty cash fund processing
- Conducting physical inventory counts
- Maintaining master data records
4. Prepare Reports
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports as required by management or regulatory bodies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or related field
- Experience in managing Accounting Operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
- CPA certification is an advantage
