We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Associate to support the management of the company's IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance of hardware and software, and provide technical support to internal users, helping ensure the continuous and efficient operation of all IT-related functions in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and other peripherals.
  • Support daily IT operations, ensuring system uptime and minimal disruption to users.
  • Perform software installations, system updates, and configurations across the organization.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on network performance and system reliability.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory, documentation, and system records.
  • Assist in onboarding processes by setting up workstations and configuring employee systems.
  • Ensure data backup procedures are followed and assist in maintaining cybersecurity standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs related to IT systems, especially in logistics, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office/Excel, and basic networking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic e-commerce setting.
