ob Responsibilities

  • Develops short- and long-term business and trade marketing plans to drive category growth.
  • Co-manages sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and effective trade program execution.
  • Collaborates with Marketing on new product launches, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Secures market intelligence, monitors competition, and provides actionable insights.
  • Designs nationwide distribution, merchandising, and pricing strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Handles customer marketing admin tasks and approves promo work plans for assigned categories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Management or a related field
  • With at least 5+ years Trade /Brand Marketing experience
  • Category management, shopper marketing/insighting, and post-promo evaluation expertise
  • Strong project management, innovation, and data analysis (Nielsen/Kantar) skills
  • Willing to do regular fieldwork (minimum 4x/month) for competition & execution checks
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and third-party agencies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
