Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develops short- and long-term category business plans, trade marketing strategies, and programs to drive market share, sales growth, and superior merchandising versus competitors.
  • Program & Promo Management: Co-manages marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution of trade programs, promo activations, and post-promo evaluations.
  • Product Launch Support: Collaborates with Marketing to co-lead new product launches, line extensions, and pricing initiatives, ensuring strong trade programs and speed-to-market success.
  • Market Intelligence: Conducts regular fieldwork to gather competitive insights, monitor pricing, and assess trade margins, providing actionable recommendations to counter competition.
  • Distribution & Merchandising: Develops and implements nationwide distribution, merchandising, and pricing strategies; analyzes retail audit and consumer panel data to guide field sales actions.
  • Customer Marketing Admin: Prepares reports, updates distribution targets, processes promo claims, and ensures deployment of sales and marketing materials.
  • Authority: Approves promo work plans specific to the assigned category.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Management or a related field
  • Working experience of 2-4 years in Trade Marketing within FMCG
  • Category management & shopper marketing knowledge
  • Strong project management, data analysis, and post-promo evaluation skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork (regular store/distributor visits)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
