Job Description:

Inventory Management

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and supporting the overall inventory control system. The role also involves regular coordination with procurement, warehouse, production, and accounting teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting and compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate with warehouse personnel for physical inventory checks.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of stock movements (receipts, issuances, returns, adjustments).
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.
  • Coordinate with accounting for inventory valuation and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
  • Generate inventory-related reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or any equivalent course.
  • With experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or accounting-related functions is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP platforms).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
