About the role:

Unilogix, Inc. is searching for an experienced Sanitation Head to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. The Integrated Sanitation Head oversees all sanitation, pest control, and facility hygiene activities to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation and pest control policies.
  • Manage departmental resources such as chemicals, supplies, and manpower.
  • Lead training, performance evaluation, and development of team members.
  • Verify sanitation program effectiveness and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Work with the Laboratory Team on evaluating cleaning methods and chemicals.
  • Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other departments and third-party service providers.
  • Review pest control documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate sanitation and pest control records.
  • Conduct investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions for food safety issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Certifications: Preferably with Safety Officer 1 (SO1) and Pest Control Certification.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in sanitation and pest control in a food manufacturing setup, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity, with exposure to ISO and HACCP standards.
