Role Overview:

The position is responsible for timely and accurate data entry of all inventory movements in ERP system (NetSuite, etc.) , and oversee physical inventory counts conducted at all areas including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with Farm Cost Analyst and Finance Supervisors
    Validate data of inventory movement out of the documents recorded in the farms

  2. Collect data warehouses, nurseries, and coordinate with area FCAs for submission of source documents to Accounting Department

  3. Ensure completeness of inventory purchases/receipts captured by Accounting Department

  4. Manage transfer of inventories from raw materials to work in process to finished goods

  5. Validate data of inventory sold before invoicing, in coordination with AR/Sales Staff

  6. Oversee physical inventory counts on a monthly and yearly basis at all areas

  7. reconcile physical count against NetSuite balances
    seasonal

  8. Creation of inventory reports with reconciliations for each project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or data analysis (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems ( NetSuite, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
