  • Maintain exclusive control over central stores of the hotel and Casino with respect to issue releases, control over deliveries and hotel & Casino stock counts.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
  • Ensure routine inspection and maintenance of all material handling equipment to be carried out.
  • Develop best practices in warehouse procedures with continuous review and development.
  • Optimize warehouse inventory to a level that the customer received their goods on time and inventory turnover is continuously improving.
  • Ensure that proper authorization is obtained before releasing the goods to customers, storing inventory items to the warehouse and any other transactions that need approval.
  • Ensure that proper records of inventories are properly and systematically filed and kept for future audit.
  • Ensure maintaining warehouse facilities to a level where those assets are kept at their best condition as received and usable by the customers when it is stored. Take preventive actions to protect the company's assets.
  • Ensure that access controls with the warehouse facilities are always observed, lock and key controls are strictly secured and observed.
  • Ensure that all warehouse facilities, equipment, and staff comply with Safety and Food Safety/ HACCP protocol.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely warehousing and inventory reports.
  • Submits Monthly inventory report.
  • Ensure that the warehouse PAR level is in the established standard volume.
  • Plan, organize, implement, record and review sections activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to streamline inventory management processes, enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall productivity.
  • Must be flexible and able to work in morning, evening, overnight, weekends and/or holidays when necessary.
  • Conduct trainings and ensures all warehouse staff are well equipped of all inventory system and procedures.
