About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team at Coalesce Sales Incorporated in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of our stock levels and ensuring efficient inventory management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, inspecting and recording incoming inventory
  2. Monitoring stock levels and generating reports on inventory status
  3. Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations
  4. Coordinating with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
  5. Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues with inventory
  6. Maintaining a clean and organised storage area
  7. Assisting with the preparation of shipments and maintaining accurate shipping records

What we're looking for

  1. Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
  2. Proficiency in using inventory management software and spreadsheet applications
  3. Good communication skills to liaise with various teams
  4. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  5. Relevant experience in an inventory or logistics role is preferred
  6. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
