Role Overview

Kadence Philippines is looking for
Market Researchers

to join our growing team
You'll work closely with leadership and partners to ensure our people experience is aligned with Kadence's values: collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.

Role Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
  • Act as the contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution aligned with company policies.
  • Support, design, and implement employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Lead and coordinate communications with the Managing Director and HQ counterparts regarding HR.
  • Promote the implementation of the performance evaluation scheme based on the internal HR policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and administration.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Residing in Metro Manila or Rizal area
  • Comfortable with
    Hybrid
    work arrangement
    (weekly report in the office)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, at least a specialist-level capacity.
  • Preferably in a professional services or market research environment.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven track record in employee relations, talent management, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
