Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering
  • PRC license is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts audit on project sites, prepares reports and cascades results to project site team
  • Maintains updated monitoring on audit reports and survey works status
  • Coordinates with survey subcontractors for survey works requiring third party Geodetic Engineers
  • Prepares accurate report on encroachments for management reference
  • Prepares required survey documents for permits
  • Conducts and prepares reports on as-built surveys
  • Conducts relocation surveys for housing projects
  • Computes cut and fill as required
  • Checks coordinates on for construction plans prior issuance to project site
