IT Facilities Associate

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and maintain workstations, printers, conferencing tools, and other office IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain office network connectivity and escalate issues to vendors if needed.
  • Support office moves, workstation setups, and facility-related IT requirements.
  • Assist in managing IT and facilities inventory (laptops, peripherals, equipment, supplies).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT and facility-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies within the workplace.
  • Support facilities management activities such as access systems, office equipment, and utilities related to IT.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Experience in IT support or facilities management is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and office IT systems.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and provide support in a fast-paced environment.
