Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Proven experience in franchise operations, multi-branch management, or retail/food operations leadership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledgeable in franchise systems, operations management, and performance monitoring.
  • Analytical, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and operational management software.
  • Willing to travel frequently for branch visits and operational support.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
