Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Proven experience in franchise management, operations management, or multi-branch supervision.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Knowledgeable in franchise systems, business operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong reporting and evaluation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple franchise locations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and operational monitoring software.
  • Willing to travel regularly for franchise visits, audits, and assessments.
  • Leadership-oriented, reliable, and committed to upholding brand standards.
