Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience in franchise operations, retail/food operations, or supervisory roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in operations standards, store processes, and business management.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple branches or tasks.
  • Willing to travel and conduct regular fieldwork or branch visits.
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and proactive in solving operational challenges.
