Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Outbound Sales Representative located in Pasig, with some work from home flexibility. The Outbound Sales Representative will handle tasks including identifying and generating sales leads, making outbound sales calls, building relationships with potential clients, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves understanding client needs, customizing sales pitches, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
  • Skills in cold calling, Lead Generation and developing client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Willing to report onsite for 8 weeks training. Full-time work-from-home after the training period.

Up to P35,000 salary package plus commission
