About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. If you have a passion for leading teams, driving performance, and hitting ambitious sales targets, this role is for you.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate: Supervise and inspire a team of outbound sales representative to achieve and exceed sales target.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training/coaching sessions to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales report to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in outbound sales role, with at least 2 years experience in a leadership position
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with solar energy campaigns is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
