About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Art Director
with an exceptional eye for design and the ability to transform human truths into compelling, multi-platform creative work. You'll lead the crafting of high-quality executions from conceptualization through production, ensuring ideas remain strong and on-brief. You'll also play a role in pitching, selling, and defending creative concepts to clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead creative development from brief to insighting, ideation, crafting, and execution.
  • Create top-tier designs and art direction across multiple formats and media.
  • Stay current with trends, tech, and cultural shifts to keep work fresh and relevant.
  • Oversee production stages—pre, during, and post—to maintain creative integrity.
  • Present and defend creative ideas to clients with clear, persuasive communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Support business growth through pitches and organic account development.
  • Advocate and contribute to a positive, collaborative agency culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in creative/design roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact, multi-platform creative work.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (Google Slides, Keynote).
  • Knowledge in video editing, photography, and commercial production.
  • UX/UI design experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and belief in the power of the Big Idea.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
