Job Responsibilities:

  • Based on project—requirements including but not limited to characters, environments, and rendering — apply innovative, multi-dimensional design approaches and implement them at a high level of quality.
  • Possess strong aesthetic and modeling skills; able to independently create high-resolution 3D models and textures for characters, environments, and props based on concept art and reference materials.
  • Experience in modeling for various art styles (western/realistic/classical), with strong control over production quality.
  • Rich experience in hand-painted and next-gen game art production; candidates with a track record of large scale commercial game development projects are preferred.
  • Understand both 2D and 3D game production workflows and accurately interpret 3D art requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in 3D game design, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering for characters/environments.
  • Degree in animation or a related field preferred, with a solid foundation in art and modeling.
  • Proficient in relevant software such as 3Ds Max (or Maya), V-Ray (or Arnaldo), ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Unity (or Cocos Creator).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to accurately understand work requirements.
  • Responsible and a strong team player, able to deliver tasks on time while maintaining high quality.
