We are looking for an Art Director for our Advertising/Creative Agency client

Salary: Up to 160k
Set-up: Hybrid
Location: BGC, Taguig
Schedule: Mon to Fri

The ideal art director is a creative visionary who is passionate about exploring new technologies and pushing the boundaries of design. They should have an immaculate attention to detail and be driven to disrupt the status quo
by developing out of the box creative solutions that bring innovative ideas to the table. This art director should have a deep understanding of XR technologies and be able to use their knowledge to come up with innovative,
compelling, engaging, and functional ideas that exceed user expectations. They should be obsessed with learning new tech and should always be seeking to expand their skillset to stay ahead of the curve.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal art director should have a strong creative vision and be able to inspire and lead a team of designers on any given project to create exceptional designs that capture the essence of a
product or concept. They should be able to collaborate with other team members in the studio, including Creative Director, visual and UX designers, to ensure that designs meet project goals and user needs.

This Art Director for XR/MR products should possess a unique blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to bring the most innovative and compelling ideas to life. They should be able to work under tight deadlines and be comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Skills -
Creativity: They should be highly creative and able to come up with innovative concepts and ideas that push the boundaries of what is possible. As well as a deep understanding of technical, business, and time limitations, and ideate within these constraints. They should be able to mock up their ideas and be ready to discuss them with the Creative Director before sharing them with the team and stakeholders.
Design skills: They should be able to apply design principles to their work, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Collaboration: They should be able to work closely with a team of designers, including visual and UX designers, and communicate regularly with the Creative Director to ensure that designs meet project goals and user needs.
Leadership: They should be able to present deliverables to clients and internal
stakeholders, and articulate rationale for approach in the context of both business and user needs. They should be able to lead a team of designers and guide the end-to-end process of the project. As well as inspire them to create exceptional and innovative designs that capture the essence of a product and concept. They should engage and support design & strategy workshops with internal and external teams. Out of the box thinking and an immaculate attention to detail: They should have the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible while maintaining an immaculate attention to detail.
Willingness to learn: They should be highly motivated and always looking to learn new technologies and design trends to stay at the forefront of their field. They must possess a unique blend of creativity, technical proficiency, leadership skills, and collaboration skills, and be passionate about creating exceptional designs that capture the essence of a product or concept.
(Nice-to-have): 2D Animation abilities and or knowledge. This can be helpful if not able to animate outright in something like After Effects, to at least be knowledgeable in the traditional or motion graphics pipeline for assets that may need to be handed off to those departments.
(Nice-to-have): 3D modeling or general 3D pipeline knowledge to be able to hand off or communicate concepts to 3D designers when needed
Adaptability: They should be able to work under tight deadlines and be comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
