About the Role

The Marketing Assistant is a versatile marketing professional who leads the creative development and flawless execution of all brand activations and campaigns. They are responsible for both designing and managing high-quality brand assets (for digital and print) and coordinating with external partners to ensure successful events.

  • Location: Primarily Work-from-Home (with occasional office/field visits as required)
  • Work Schedule: Output-based but you are expected to attend all required meetingswithin 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the ideation, planning, and development of all brand activations and marketing campaigns (online and offline), ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Conceptualize, design, and manage creative assets including but not limited to booth layouts, social media KVs, brochures ensuring the consistency of the company's message, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels and material
  • Manage and coordinate with external partners, event organizers, and suppliers to ensure the flawless execution of all planned marketing events and activations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing creative input for various marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • A 4-year course graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Have a keen eye for detail in design
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate and execute events and manage vendor relationships.
  • Efficiently manage time to meet design and project deadlines.
  • An effective communicator and team player, fostering positive collaboration across functions.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a focus on long-term vision, data-driven decisions, and innovation for growth
  • Proficiency in using design tools like (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
