MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists Account Officers from processing to booking of accounts.

  • Carry out daily clerical works.

General Guidelines:

  1. Assists Account Officers in the preparation of applicable transaction documents.
  2. Requests bank and credit checking for applicants.
  3. Primary custodian for KYC documents and signature cards for all active and closed loan / lease accounts and buyers of ROPA of the branch.
  4. Prepares transaction vouchers (loan/lease) and documents checklist
  5. Collates documents for booking of accounts
  6. Coordinates with dealers in the issuance of purchase order and release order and provides instructions relative thereto
  7. Ensures timely release of loans proceeds to dealers or borrower
  8. Monitors/Complies document deficiencies.
  9. Monitors CRS daily report
  10. Monitors expiring insurance and ensures renewal.
  11. Handles Petty Cash Fund
  12. Handles monthly payments of utilities (Electric Bill & Telephone Bill) and rentals.
  13. Monitors status of accounts for timely preparation of OTs / RCM and DOS.
  14. Primary custodian for accountable forms and office supplies
