Marketing Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Assistant (Customer Service Focus) is responsible for managing and responding to all guest

(patient) and client inquiries across multiple communication channels, including calls, text messages, emails, and

social media platforms. The role supports the marketing department by ensuring prompt, accurate, and

compassionate customer service aligned with the standards of a healthcare/dialysis center. The position also

assists in promoting services, maintaining patient engagement, and ensuring a positive overall experience for all

potential and existing patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Inquiry Handling

 Handle and respond to inquiries from all platforms (phone calls, SMS, email, Facebook, Messenger,

Instagram, and other social media channels).

 Provide accurate information about the center's services, schedules, packages, and patient requirements.

 Ensure all inquiries are attended to within the defined turnaround time.

 Coordinate with center supervisors, nurses, and other departments for accurate and updated information.

 Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when dealing with guest (patients) and their

families.

Marketing & Engagement Support

 Assist in posting approved marketing content on social media platforms.

 Help monitor online engagement, comments, and messages to maintain positive patient interaction.

 Support in implementing marketing campaigns and community outreach activities.

 Gather feedback from patients to help improve customer experience and service quality.

Content Creation

 Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and

website content related to dialysis and healthcare services.

Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain an updated log of inquiries, follow-ups, and resolved concerns.

 Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inquiry volume, response rate, and common concerns.

 Track lead conversions and assist in monitoring patient onboarding from inquiries to actual visits.

Coordination & Administrative Support

 Coordinate with the operations – clinical department for patient schedules and enrollment or transfer

confirmations.

 Assist in distributing promotional materials and patient information when needed.

 Perform other marketing and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
