About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team at Synergy Market Research + Strategic Consultancy Inc' in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and thought leadership efforts and contribute to the overall success of the company as well as its advocacies.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the development, planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Creating and managing content for the company's website, social media channels and other marketing materials.
  • Implementing market research and analysis for thought leadership and value-added services to clients/potential clients
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and responding to inquiries
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, consistent brand messaging and a positive customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role, preferably in a consulting or agency/marketing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, content management systems and data analysis tools
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
