Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Must have experience in the construction industry.
  • Oversee daily project progress, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal crews to prevent delays.
  • Track material and labor requirements; submit requests at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Maintain job site cleanliness, compliance, and readiness for inspections.
  • Provide regular updates, report issues, and document all changes or deviations from scope.
  • Ensure all work follows approved scopes, practices, and standards.
  • Projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Communication with the Construction Manager is consistent and proactive.
  • Minimal rework and inspection failures.
  • Contributes positively to Red Rock's reputation as a dependable partner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php342.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
