Job Summary:

The Event Management In-Charge is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events — including trade shows, product launches, sales promotions, and internal company activities. This role ensures every event runs smoothly, stays within budget, and aligns with the company's goals and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee all aspects of event logistics, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage event materials, equipment, and inventory.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and other event-related services.
  • Ensure branding and marketing consistency across all events.
  • Supervise on-site operations during events and handle unexpected situations efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on event performance and ROI.
  • Handle documentation, permits, and other administrative requirements related to events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in event management, corporate events, or marketing coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends or holidays when needed.
