Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.

Key Accountabilities

1. Daily Operations

  • Consistently follow and abide by the company's established policies and procedures.
  • Attend and assist customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size.
  • Direct the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise.
  • Replenish stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks in the selling area.
  • Arrange display of stocks.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.
  • Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 year course (with or without experience)
  • with experience in sales & customer assistance, if College level
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Amenable to work in Our Home SM Lucena
  • Can start ASAP.
