About the role

Seeking a talented and driven Sales Associate to join the team at Mr. Aircon PH, a leading provider of air conditioning solutions in Antipolo City, Rizal. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for the company. This is a full-time position based in our Antipolo City office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations for air conditioning products and services
  2. Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our air conditioning units to customers
  3. Processing sales transactions and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and customer relationship management
