About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Accounting Supervisor
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality accounting services and has a strong ability to lead and develop a team. The successful candidate will oversee client engagements, ensure compliance with Philippine accounting and tax regulations, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and review the work of accounting associates to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with
    Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR, SEC and other applicable agencies
    .
  • Lead client engagements including financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control across all deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
  • Manage workflow and deadlines across multiple clients and projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • CPA license is preferred but not required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
    in accounting, audit, and taxation within the
    Philippine regulatory environment
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    PFRS, PAS, Philippine tax laws
    ,
    BIR, LGU processes, and preferably with experience in handling government agency compliance.
    (eg. SSS, PHIC, DTI, LTFRB, DHSUD, HDMF)
  • Proven experience in supervising teams and managing multiple client accounts.
