Accounting Supervisor is responsible to keep precise records of incoming and outgoing payments. This may include arranging payment requests, making payments for services, verifying accounts payable, and receivable and researching financial account activity.

  • Responsible in processing all nontrade payables
  • Monitoring of transport cost accrual variances
  • Handling Regulatory related processes & compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Business Management - Financial Mng't or any related field
  • With 3 to 5 years work related experience
  • Can Handle a Team
  • Experience in Accounting Software (e.g. Lotus Note, SAP Hana/SAP B1, Oracle)
  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
  • Solid knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
  • Amenable to work in Bagbaguin, Caloocan City (search Matimco Caloocan office on google map)
