Lead Generation Marketing Virtual Assistant
As a high-level Virtual Assistant, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert-level lead generation services. You will work closely with our in-house lead generation department to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of paid advertising platforms and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic guidance. You will be responsible for a book of high-profile clients, ensuring their campaigns are managed, optimized, and performing at a high level.

Essential Functions
- Generate High-Quality Leads: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of high-level lead generation campaigns for clients using platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Client Communication & Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, discussing their experience, campaign performance, and potential retention efforts. Build a trusted partnership with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic marketing advice.
- Campaign Optimization: Oversee the optimization of campaigns, ensuring budgets are met and goals are achieved. Analyze performance data and interpret results to develop and implement strategies for greater campaign success.
- Collaboration: Work with the in-house leads generation department to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to client accounts.
- Reporting: Run and analyze detailed reports to track campaign performance and present these findings to clients in a clear, understandable manner.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a high-level escalation point for client issues, working with internal teams to facilitate swift and effective resolutions.
- Ongoing Support: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and provide relevant updates on platform changes or new resources.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications, Required Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with both in-house teams and our clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work in a high-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency in learning and explaining complex digital marketing products and services.
- Expert-level understanding of paid ads management on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, including Google Tag Manager, tracking, and pixel implementation.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity suites.
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification is required for the position and must be completed prior to start date.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Ability to work independently following US hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with real estate teams or Brivity CRM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php32, Php60,000.00 per month
