VirtuAssist is looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our growing team If you're creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping businesses grow online, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Assist in creating graphics and short-form videos using tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Perform keyword research and basic SEO tasks to optimize content
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations
  • Manage CRM tools and email marketing campaigns
  • Support lead generation and online engagement strategies
  • Build, update, and maintain websites using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Wix
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
  • Troubleshoot website issues and implement enhancements as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a VA in digital marketing and/or web development
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and email marketing
  • Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite/Buffer, and CRM systems
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
