What you'll do

The Credit and Collection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the credit evaluation and collection activities of the company. This role ensures timely collection of receivables and minimizes credit risks. The Supervisor leads the credit and collection team in implementing company policies, monitoring accounts, and resolving payment issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess & approve credit: Review applications, recommend credit limits/terms, and refine credit policies.
  • Own collections performance: Supervise daily follow-ups, clear disputes fast, and keep AR current.
  • Stay on top of risk: Review aging, flag delinquencies, and drive actions to reduce DSO.
  • Improve the engine: Track collection efficiency and delinquency rates; recommend process upgrades.
  • Lead and develop the Credit & Collection team—coach, train, and evaluate performance.
  • Support on tough accounts with guidance and escalation strategies.
  • Set targets & win: Establish team goals and consistently hit collection milestones.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in credit and collection, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Baesa, Quezon City Office
  • Willing to work a 45–48-hour workweek.
