Attends to the approval of customer's return claim. Ensures that claims are within return policy. Validates request for pull out. Extension of check and monitors bounced checks and customer's return checks as to compliance with agreed terms. Prepares request for legal services for the collections of bad debts. Ensures the details are accurate and complete. Updates and prepares accurate and timely Advance Payment Update summary for concerned customers. Ensures that all deductions and adjustments are included on the updates. Monitors submission of Withholding Tax Certificate of customers. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the details indicated on BIR 2307. Prepares accurate and timely monthly office sales commission. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any 4-years Accounting related courses. With minimum of 1 year experience in Credit and Collection or Geneal Accounting and supervisory position. Has analytical skills, keen into details, excellent communication and interpersonal skill and computer literate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
