About the role

We are seeking an entry-level Sales Coordinator to join the team of our client located in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will play a key part in supporting our client's sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records
  2. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services to customers
  3. Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents
  4. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics
  5. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

What we're looking for

  1. At least 5 months to 1 year of experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role, preferably in a client-facing environment
  2. Fresh graduates of BS in Business Administration and other related course are encouraged to apply.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. A team player with a customer-focused mindset
